Formed in late 2011 by singer/guitarist Jonathan Warrick and, then guitarist now drummer, Lee Vallentyne, Last But Not Least was forged by the passion for music shared by the two. In the beginning stages of its life Jonathan was easily the driving force behind the song writing process as the two traded ideas and worked back and forth via internet becuase while Jonathan resided in Black Creek, NC, Lee was half a world away enlisted in the US Army. Having added Jonathan's older brother, Roger, to the mix on bass early on the group soon realized that it had to grow into a full band in order to achieve the sound it wanted to create. Within a few short months guitarist Robert Warrick, the youngest of the Warrick trio, had made his way into the fold. The four piece set is now heavily involved in writing its first album all the while awaiting the return of, drummer, Lee Vallentyne, in late 2012, from Germany where he is currently stationed in the army. Bound by ties that run deeper than blood this band stands fast and seems fated to become something greater than themselves as individuals could ever be. Together they are an unstopable force of music and songwriting mastery. Expect to see them live by early 2013 and look for a full length album to be released somewhere between late 2012 and early 2013.
